Pactum is a new challenger in the European debt collection market with extensive multi-country experience.

The company was established in 2016 as a centralized collection unit for the FinTech Ferratum Group. In a process of organic growth and development, Pactum is now present in 20 European markets where it works on collections & recoveries. With almost 100 people on board, the company operates out of one of Europe´s top capital – Berlin.

Since its creation in 2016 Pactum has rapidly developed into an advanced, state of the art platform providing a wide range of receivables and collection services in 20 countries from its hub in Berlin. Given the modern technology and central IT team we have at our disposal added to a team of professionals with vast experience in this world, expanding Pactum services outside Ferratum Group was not just the logical next step but one that the market was craving for.

2018 was THE key year in terms of full engagement into development of our IT platform. This project has led to having the best and fastest tools to manage the receivables and collection processes. Today we can proudly say that we are able to offer an incredible, hugely comprehensive, diverse and attractive package with top notch technology (including FICO´s Debt Manager and Receeve´s enterprise). Such available solutions range from digital self-servicing powered by AI and behavioral science to advanced data analytics to complement our robust master service model. Agile, simple, digital are simply not just terms to us but methodologies that are embedded in our DNA.
